All online bookings are paid in advance by credit card (Visa or MasterCard) on our secure website.
You just need to print off the confirmation email and give it to your driver when you arrive in Paris.
Our online booking form is secured by PayPal.
How far in advance do I have to reserve?
We recommend you book at least 24 hours in advance to ensure that we have enough time to process your request.
However, we will do our best to accommodate any last minute requests (subject to availibility)
How do I find you at the airport?
Your driver will be waiting for you holding a Low Cost Cab sign with your name on it.
Our telephone reservation service is open every day of the year 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Our shuttle service operates on the same basis.
Your driver will wait up to one hour after the scheduled arrival time of your flight. After this time we will try our best to provide your transfer but cannot guarantee this will be possible.
Our vehicles are silver or black, 8-persons mini-vans (Volkswagen CARAVELLE or Mercedess VITO) or Peugeot 607 (or similar), 3-4 persons with the LOW COST CAB logo displayed discreetly on the sides. All our vehicules are air-conditioned and non-smoking.
How do I know what time you will pick me up to go to the airport?
Your pick-up time will be indicated in your confirmation. We normally pick passengers up 2 hours before the scheduled flight time. However, it is important that you call us before your departure to confirm that there has been no change in your pick-up address or flight time.
Where are your pick up and drop off points?
We operate a door-to-door service.
We will pick you up from the terminal you land in and take you to the door of your address in Paris.
On departure we will pick you up from your address and drop you off at the terminal your flight leaves from.
We serve Charles de Gaulle, Orly, Beauvais and Bourget airports.
Yes, we can take you wherever you need to go! Please contact us for a quote if your destination has a zip code that doesn't start with 75.
How long does it take to get from Paris to the airport and vice-versa?
The journey time depends on the traffic and your address in Paris. The standard journey time is approximately one hour but may vary.
How much luggage can I have in the shuttle?
You may take one regular-sized suitcase and one item of hand luggage free of charge.
For any extra or unusual luggage, we may ask you to pay a supplement. Please contact us for any further information.
Do you provide child/baby seats?
Yes, we do provide Free baby seats .
Please advise us at the time of the booking, in the comment box, that a baby-seat is required.
If possible please provide additional information such as the age of the baby so we can provide the correct size of baby seat.
Please note that you are responsible for the fitting of your child in the seat.
Don't worry! All our drivers and agents speak both French and English. Our agents also speak German, Spanish and Italian.
It is entirely at your discretion whether you wish to tip the driver.
